Service Description

In order to enroll for the 16 Years Old package, please bring the following documents with you: -Blue Card, if you do not have a blue card, you are able to take the written test here. Appointments for the written test are available Saturdays from 2:00pm-5:00pm. -Birth Certificate or Passport. Please keep in mind that we must keep this during the training process. All documents will be returned when the permit is handed over to the student. -Social Security Card -A parent or Guardian. The full amount of $450.00 must be paid in order to register. We accept cash, check, and credit/debit cards.
